Upgrade Your Communications and Book More Rooms!

MTS upgraded a call center for a hotel group on the west coast. This upscale hotel group had a goal to increase their occupancy by handling more reservations. MTS worked with this management company to help increase their capacity and call handing to book their hotels. When it comes to booking, the owner possess a strong desire to keep a group at one of their own properties instead of going to another hotel, regardless of the brand. This hotel decided it was time to increase their capacity and the ability to sell more rooms by partnering with MTS. MTS will be expanding their existing Mitel 3300 while providing a dedicated group of agents to answer calls. Mitel’s (CCM) contact center management software, will provide data to the property to help enable better decisions.
